Ramadhan

The beginning of Ramadhan often ignites a strong spark of spiritual motivation to me. I always say 'I'll do this, I won't do that' all in the name of self purification. It usually does not last that long though, the motivation. And sadly I have to admit, the past couple of Ramadhans were not my best and in fact I still have days that I need to replace. Which is why this year, I am determined to do it right. And not just that, I am also determined to keep breast feeding my two month old daughter come what may.

May Allah grant me strength, and may Allah accept my ibadah and forgive my sins.

The milky way upon the heavens
Is twinkling just for you
And Mr. Moon he came by
To say goodnight to you

And for the people everywhere
